 Broc Flores, DMD, FAGD, FICOI, FAACD, is originally from the west coast, growing up in Huntington Beach, California. After receiving his Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Villanova University in 2007, Dr. Flores attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and graduated with honors in 2013.
While at Tufts, Dr. Flores was a member of the United States Navy and began his Navy Career in Beaufort, South Carolina at Marine Recruit Depot Parris Island. He met his wife Stacey while stationed there and then assumed the role as Senior Medical Officer aboard the USS Anchorage (LPD-23) based in San Diego. After completing a WESTPAC deployment in 2015, Dr. Flores and his wife took orders to NAS Jacksonville . He left active duty in 2018, but still serves as a Navy Reservist here in Jacksonville. After working for several dental offices in Jacksonville, Dr. Flores found a home at Ortega Dental and made it his own.
Dr. Flores strongly believes in education and continues to educate himself on cutting edge dentistry. He travels all over the country multiple times a year to complete Continuing Education. He has begun his course study at the Kois Center, is a Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of General Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and serves as a Key Opinion Leader for Dandy Labs.
Dr. Flores lives in Avondale with his wife Stacey and his two daughters Charlotte and Devi. He is an avid Florida State Football Fan and a Villanova Basketball fan. He and his wife own and operate Fishweir Brewing Company in Murray Hill. |
